Shards of War
This alliance is active only in the universe of Sera.
The philosophy of this alliance is just playing for fun so they arnt all times fighting for the top. also they try to keep out every symptom of formal organisations. Thats why you will not find any structures or ranking systems ore something like that. If you are member of the alliance you will have full rights of participations. to become a member you have to ask one of the allies and he/she will bring your request to the alliance. In the next days every alliance member will vote for or again an invite. this procedure needs time, especially when some members dont play frequently. on the other side the skills of the candidate are (theoretically) not important. more important is a friendly and relaxed habitus. an other point is how well the candidate knows the game. from time to time the Shards of War Alliance invite new player, that they have the chance to learn the game and its special tricks. some of the alliance members improved their skills significantly over the time.
